Depending on the point from which the project starts, we will provide a timeline for the steps to completion (mastering, prototyping, first article). All projects require customer approval, which can lead to delays.
We quote all of our work based on time and materials. As a general rule, the first model is always the most expensive model.
Phil and his team are all experienced in the creation of masters, molds, thermoplastic painting and prototyping of bone models and implant replicas. We have onsite facilities and equipment for these processes in Warsaw.
Yes, we have used CAD files provided by customers and contract with an experienced orthopaedic engineering firm to assist us.
